Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Life happens — we get it. If you cancel 5 days before your charter, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days are non-refundable. However, you can purchase Tour Protection and easily cancel your charter up to 3 hours prior to your departure. If weather conditions prevent the trip, we’ll gladly reschedule or issue a full refund.
