Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Browse below or contact us directly.

Where do your tours depart from?

All tours depart from Perry Hotel Marina, 7001 Shrimp Road, Stock Island — just minutes from downtown Key West with on-site parking.

How likely are we to actually see dolphins?

Very likely. Our captains maintain a 95% dolphin sighting success rate year-round. Key West's bottlenose dolphins are permanent residents — they don't migrate — so any month is a great time to book.

How many people are on each boat?

A strict maximum of 6 guests per boat. This is what separates us from large commercial operators — your group gets a near-private experience every time.

Are these tours good for families with kids?

Absolutely — families are our specialty. Dolphins are naturally curious about children's voices. Read our full guide on what to expect on a Key West dolphin tour for family tips.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes! We welcome up to 3 dogs of any size — one of the very few Key West tour operators that do. Just mention it when booking.

What is the difference between a private charter and a dolphin watching tour?

Our Dolphin & Snorkeling Tour is a shared experience at a lower price. A Private Charter means the entire boat is exclusively yours. See the full breakdown: Private vs Group Tours.

How much does a private charter cost?

Private charters start at $699 for 3+ hours with Promo Code ISLAND50  and $895 for a 4.25-hour half-day, for up to 6 guests.
